Pandai Education Crowned WITSA World Cup at WCIT2024/DigiTec
Wednesday, October 9, 2024The World Innovation, Technology, and Services Alliance (WITSA) announced that Pandai Education from Malaysia has emerged as the global champion of the WITSA World Cup (WWC). 16 startups and tech companies from 10 countries competed for the Zohari Challenge Trophy, showcasing their innovative solutions across various sectors, including education, healthcare, banking, commerce, digital advertising optimization, and more.

By uniting the brightest entrepreneurial minds from across the world, we are helping to cultivate an ecosystem of support, partnership, and investment that will shape the future of technology,”-said Dato’ Dan E Khoo, WITSA CEO.
The WITSA World Cup (WWC) award ceremony took place in frames of the WCIT2024/DigiTec in Yerevan, Armenia, on October 7, 2024, at the Karen Demirtchian Complex.
Startups from 10 countries (Spain, Romania, Greece, Armenia, Jordan, Malaysia, Egypt, the United Kingdom, and Bahrain) participated in the competition, each having previously held national competitions in their respective countries. The winners represented their nations during the global cup competition held in Armenia.
Text'nPayMe and AllClean startups represented Armenia at the WITSA World Cup 2024, the finalist at the WITSA National Competition in Armenia in August, and were granted a unique opportunity to showcase their solutions and compete on the international stage among other countries this fall.
Startup companies presented their ideas and activities over the three days of the WCIT2024/DigiTec. In the final round, two companies from Malaysia competed for the top spot.
Text'nPayMe and AllClean, the finalists of the WITSA National Competition from Armenia, held in August, represented Armenia at the WITSA World Cup. They showcased innovative approaches and highlighted the potential of impactful solutions from Armenia.
The Pandai Education company was announced as a winning platform that enhanced learning through personalized educational tools and assessments and had captured the attention of judges for its scalability and impact on both educators and students.
