Mihran Kirakosian
Friday, November 15, 2024Mihran Kirakosian, one of the top Los Angeles based choreographers, has established an extensive and impressive career, from live performance to choreography.
Mihran first toured with Britney Spears on the “Onyx Hotel Promo” tour in 2003. Beginning in 2004, Mihran worked closely with Madonna, serving as an integral performer in her live shows during the “Re-Invention” tour, “Live 8,” and “Confessions” world tour. Following his work with Madonna from 2004-2007, Mihran performed in Ricky Martin’s “Black & White” tour, and has since worked with Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas and more. Mihran has not only worked with performers, but has also developed a strong career in commercials and films, performing for brands such as Pepsi, Joe Boxer, Mervyns, HP, and JCPenny.
While his performance roster is notable, Mihran’s choreographic resumé is truly impressive. Between 2010-11, he choreographed multiple Nickelodeon shows, live performances for Selena Gomez, music videos for Basshunter, Fanny Lu and Afrojack, and also choreographed Kelly Rowland’s MTV Latin Music Awards performance.
Mihran’s vast experience in entertainment has involved him in a variety of ongoing projects. Currently, Mihran not only serves as a choreographer and artistic director for NBC’s popular show “The Voice” but also has developed Mihran K Productions. In collaboration with his brother Gor Kirakosian, they have developed a production company that utilizes Mihran’s varied expertise, focusing on being the epicenter for all of the entertainment industries’ production needs. Mihran K Productions creates music videos, commercials, films, stage shows, and music productions.
