LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - Anna Hakobyan is visiting the United States on a 17 day trip with stops in four cities of Washington D.C. , Boston, Los Angeles, New York and Memphis. This was her first time in Los Angeles.
FOX 11's Araksya Karapetyan spoke to Mrs. Hakobyan about a variety of topics, including the Velvet Revolution in Armenia, the situation in Artshak, relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, her passion for journalism, the foundations she’s involved with including the City of Smile Foundation, the My Step Foundation, and the Women for Peace Campaign that’s near and dear to her heart, as well as family life, what it’s like to be a working mother, and how she’s adjusting in her new role.
