Anna Hakobyan, wife of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and chairperson of the boards of trustees of the My Step and City of Smile charitable foundations, will leave for the United States on 1 April, as reported the official website of Anna Hakobyan, according to NEWS.am.

During the visit, Anna Hakobyan will be accompanied by Executive Director of the My Step Charitable Foundation Hovhannes Ghazaryan and Executive Director of the City of Smile Charitable Foundation Esther Demirtchyan.

Anna Hakobyan is also scheduled to visit the Library of the US Congress and meet with congresswomen. Anna Hakobyan will also have a meeting at the Carnegie Foundation on the sidelines of the Women for Peace campaign and will participate in the event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Consulate General of Armenia in Los Angeles. During the visit, Anna Hakobyan will also take part in several charity dinners and have bilateral meetings during which she will present the programs and activities of the two charitable foundations. Anna Hakobyan will also visit the St. Jude Hospital in Memphis where a memorandum will be signed between the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Armenia and the City of Smile Charitable Foundation.
