A representative of the U.S. Army will work in the Ministry of Defense of Armenia. U.S. Under Secretary of State Uzra Zeya stated in a conversation with Hetq.
When asked if she could confirm the information that a representative of the American army will work in the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, U.S. Under Secretary of State replied: “I confirm the information. It is a positive development. You can check the details with our ambassador and media team. We welcome the deepening of cooperation in the civil defense and security spheres between the United States and Armenia. This also marks the beginning of a new phase in the strategic partnership of Armenian-American relations.”
