We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to the COO to support operational, administrative, and coordination activities across multiple departments. This role requires regular interaction with city offices, banks, partners, and internal teams, and plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage city permits, licenses, and related documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding leases, loans, and required paperwork
• Draft, organize, and manage contracts with partners, vendors, and customers
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team on logistical and operational matters
• Track documents, approvals, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
• Assist the COO with day-to-day operations and administrative support
