Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our Assisted Living Facility in the Hollywood area.

This position is ideal for a culinary professional who is passionate about preparing nutritious, flavorful meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Position Details:

Full-Time (schedule to be discussed)
Competitive compensation (based on experience)
Supportive and professional work environment

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals for residents (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Plan balanced, nutritious menus
Accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Manage food inventory and ordering

Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a chef or cook (experience in assisted living or senior care preferred)
Knowledge of dietary restrictions (low sodium, diabetic-friendly, soft diets, etc.)
Strong organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food Handler’s certification required
