Job Description:

An established company is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated assistant manager to join our team full-time.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced auction and estate sale environment.

Assist with daily auction house operations
Coordinate staff, schedules, and daily workflows
Assist with auction preparation and post-auction processes
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Handle administrative and organizational tasks
Photograph artwork, antiques, collectibles, and other auction items
Assist with cataloging and general auction preparation

Job Requirements:

Fluent English and Armenian — REQUIRED
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Basic photography experience and ability to take clear, well-presented photos
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional
Knowledge or interest in auctions, art, antiques, collectibles, or art history is a plus

Full-Time Assistant Manager
Starting Pay: $18/hour and up, depending on experience and qualifications.
