*Previous experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, dispatching, or freight brokerage preferred.
*Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Monitor and update shipment statuses in our CRM system.
Contact drivers and carriers to obtain location updates and delivery information.
Track pickups, deliveries, and appointment times.
Update customers regarding shipment progress when required.
Coordinate with dispatchers and operations staff.
Perform general office duties and daily administrative errands.
Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.
Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution related to shipments.
