Job Description:

Staffing & Operations Coordinator needed: full time position (10 am-5 pm)

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the central hub of our daily operations. You will manage daily communications, coordinate schedules, and ensure that our contract therapists are perfectly matched with patients to deliver optimal care. This role requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional relationship-management skills, and a high level of responsibility.

Job Requirements:

Efficiently answer and manage high-volume daily emails and phone calls from team members.

Carefully match the right healthcare and therapy staff with patients based on clinical needs, availability, and location.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including experience with email platforms and scheduling software.
