Job Description:

Looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Support Manager to help oversee daily support operations and manage the full driver approval process. This is a full-time contract position paying $19 per hour. Responsibilities include overseeing daily support operations from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, reviewing driver documents, following up with drivers by phone, text, and email, tracking missing information, keeping applications organized, handling support-related issues, communicating with drivers and internal team members, and making sure approved drivers are ready to begin working. Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, comfortable making calls, fluent in English, able to manage multiple tasks at once, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience in support, driver onboarding, operations, dispatch, or logistics is preferred but not required.
