| Job Description: | Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager (SMM) to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and developing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Key Responsibilities - Travel to locations to capture photos and videos for social media content - Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories - Plan and produce creative content ideas on-site - Shoot content using phone or camera equipment - Edit photos and videos for social media platforms - Manage posting schedule across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts - Ensure content follows the brand style and messaging - Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns - Manage and maintain company accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) - Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions - Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required |
| Job Requirements: |
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English - Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) - Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) (will work with Graphic Designer) - Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly - Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Experience with content creation (photo/video editing) - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies - Experience running paid social media campaigns - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
