Job Description:

We're a creative branding agency in Glendale looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in person, full-time.

What the role is really about

You'll manage social media for a handful of our clients on Instagram and Facebook. Your job is to own the marketing side of each account: the strategy, the "why" behind every post, and making sure everything we put out is aimed at real growth.

The visual side is handled by our Creative Director and design team. You bring the ideas and direction; they bring them to life.

Day to day, you'll:

Plan content calendars for each client
Come up with post ideas and campaigns rooted in what the audience actually responds to
Write captions that hook, inform, and convert
Brief and coordinate with our creative director and design team on what needs to be produced
Post on Instagram and Facebook
Track what's working, understand why, and adjust the strategy accordingly
Join us at client shoots once or twice a month

About the pay and growth

We start at $3,000/month. This is a starting point, not a ceiling. Compensation grows based on performance, ownership, and results. As we take on more clients and you prove yourself, both your pay and your responsibilities grow with the agency. People who consistently go beyond what they're hired for move up quickly here.

Job Requirements:

Required:

Armenian or Russian, so we can communicate easily as a team
Proven experience managing social media accounts, and the ability to show it in detail. When you apply, we want to see specifics: which accounts you managed, for how long, what results you drove (follower growth, engagement, campaigns, sales, whatever the outcome was), and what your actual role was in each. General statements like "I managed accounts and grew them" aren't enough. Screenshots, links to the accounts, before-and-after numbers, or case studies are all great.

Nice to have, but not required:

English (helpful, but not required for the day-to-day work)
Familiarity with Meta ads
Comfort with AI tools to work faster and smarter
Experience creating your own content (UGC-style video, quick captures)
