Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shoe, Handbag & Leather Repair Specialist to join
our team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality repairs and restorations on
footwear, handbags, and other leather goods. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes
pride in craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for every customer.

Job Requirements:

Perform repairs on shoes, handbags, and leather goods, including stitching, sole
replacement, hardware repair, cleaning, dyeing and restoration

Assess items and recommend appropriate repair solutions

Assist with customer service

Coordinate repair schedules

Maintain quality standards and ensure all work meets company expectations

Communicate clearly with team members regarding repair status and timelines
