Our company leading full-service Windows & Doors, is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our team. We are looking for a specialist who has in-depth knowledge of the window and door industry, and experience in sales to provide top-notch service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluent English, and a passion for delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting from a wide range of windows and doors, including major brands.
Provide professional consultations to clients, recommending the best products to suit their needs and budget.
Manage and track sales leads, follow up with clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Present product features and promotions in a compelling way.
Work closely with the showroom team, supporting daily operations and updating clients on new offers.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and advancements in window and door solutions.

Fluent in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
Strong understanding of different window and door types, styles, and installation processes.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
