Job Description:

The Home Health Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for driving growth by developing strong referral relationships and increasing awareness of the agency’s home health services. This position is field based with no requirement to be in the office, allowing the representative to focus fully on community outreach and direct contact with healthcare providers. A key part of this role is getting in touch with physicians and their offices to educate them on home health services and encourage patient referrals. The representative will work closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, and other referral sources to build trust and maintain ongoing communication.

Job Requirements:

-Conduct regular outreach to physicians, physician offices, clinics, and medical groups to introduce and promote home health services.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers.
-Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase referrals.
