Job Description:

We are a flooring company located in Burbank, CA, looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable handling sales and administrative responsibilities in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Help customers select flooring products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations.
Prepare estimates, invoices, and sales documents.
Process customer orders and follow up as needed.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom.
Coordinate with the installation and office teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle basic administrative and sales-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

Fluent English and Armenian are required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Basic computer skills.
Previous sales, customer service, flooring, or showroom experience is a plus.
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Ability to learn products, pricing, and company procedures quickly.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
