About the Role

Our Printing company is a fast-growing commercial printing and packaging company in Los Angeles. We are
hiring a Sales & Lead Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for every customer who reaches
out — capturing, qualifying, and routing inquiries so no opportunity is ever lost.

Responsibilities

● Monitor and respond to all incoming emails, Instagram DMs, and comments throughout the day.
● Deliver fast first responses — minutes, not hours — during business hours.
● Ask the right qualifying questions: product type, quantity, size, material, deadline, budget, and
readiness to order.
● Route qualified opportunities to the sales team with complete, organized details.
● Follow up on open leads with a clear next step so nothing slips through the cracks.
● Keep every conversation logged with owner, status, and next action.

Job Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

● Excellent written English and fast, professional communication.
● Highly organized and responsive; comfortable juggling many conversations at once.
● Customer-service or inside-sales experience a plus.
● Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
