Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and reliable cook to manage daily kitchen operations at our restaurant located inside a busy truck stop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Mexican dishes and fresh deli sandwiches, maintaining food quality standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience and performance.

Job Requirements:

Experience preparing Mexican cuisine (required)

Experience making deli sandwiches

Ability to manage kitchen operations independently

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
