Job Description:

Comfort at Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our patients' homes throughout Bakersfield, CA.

Responsibilities:

-Assess, plan, and provide skilled nursing care to home health patients.
-Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-Educate patients and their families on disease management and care plans.
-Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

-Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
-Home health experience preferred but not required.
-Current CPR/BLS certification.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license.
-MUST be FLUENT in English.
- Pay will be per visit.
