Job Summary
Medspa is located in the heart of Los Feliz. We offer high-end, physician-dispensed skincare and make-up, and various medspa treatments. Such as Botox, Laser Hair removal, facials, chemical peels and more.
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at our MedSpa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and clients. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Patient/Client Check-Out: Efficiently and accurately process check-out procedures for patients and clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive departure experience.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling to optimize the utilization of treatment rooms and staff.
Coordinate with medical and aesthetic professionals to ensure smooth appointment flow.
Communication and Marketing: Reach out to patients/clients via email and phone for appointment confirmations and reminders.
Assist in marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, events, and new services to attract and retain clientele.
Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Manage patient/client records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Store Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping duties during slower periods to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
Monitor and replenish spa amenities and retail products as needed.
