Adult Day Health Care Center is seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Program Aide to join our team.

The Program Aide will primarily work at the front desk, welcoming participants and visitors, answering phone calls, assisting with basic administrative duties, and helping maintain an organized and professional reception area. The aide will also assist staff and participants on the program floor as needed throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

* Greet participants, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Assist with front desk and basic administrative duties
* Help with participant check-in and daily attendance
* Provide assistance to participants and staff on the program floor as needed
* Help with activities, meals, and general participant needs when requested
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
* Communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director
