What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews
Handle warranty issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure proper documentation in a professional manner
Verify customer payments and rebates with the administrative team prior to scheduling jobs
Manage all HERS testing and permits, including communication and coordination with cities, vendors, and customers
Confirm installers have the proper materials and equipment for each job
Communicate daily with crews, customers, and office staff to help keep projects on track
Provide excellent customer service and confirm installation schedules
