Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive classroom management using strategies rooted in positive reinforcement
Create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young learners
Provide care in all daily routines, including diapering/toileting, feeding, and napping
Adapt instruction to meet students’ diverse learning styles and interests
Supply students with hands-on tools and resources for exploration and play
Build strong relationships with students and families, encouraging active family involvement
Communicate effectively with diverse populations, promoting a collaborative school community
Plan and manage curriculum that supports both academic and social-emotional growth
Work closely with teaching teams, administrators, and specialists
Participate in team meetings, staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions
Ensure health, safety, and open communication in all classroom operations
Perform additional duties as assigned
