Our growing, patient-centered practice is located in the heart of Glendale, CA. We are dedicated to helping our patients restore movement, recover from injury, and rebuild their lives. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a warm, professional environment — and we're looking for a front office superstar to help us do just that.

Position: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, personable, and motivated Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a physical therapy, medical, or healthcare office setting and is confident navigating the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a physical therapy or medical office setting
Familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization processes
Experience with EMR/EHR software (knowledge of Turnkey Therapy or similar is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (Armenian or Spanish) is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping patients
