Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy regulations. Supervises pharmacy staff, manages prescription dispensing, maintains inventory, ensures patient safety, and provides high-quality pharmaceutical care. Oversees controlled substance records, quality assurance, and policy implementation while ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently and ethically.

Job Requirements:

Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience (management experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Experience supervising pharmacy staff and daily pharmacy operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in pharmacy management systems and electronic health records.
Ability to ensure compliance with quality assurance, patient safety, and controlled substance regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Current immunization certification and CPR certification preferred.
