Job Description:

- Art Degree (or related field)
OR
- A strong art portfolio
- An understanding of art fundamentals
- Ability to work in many types of media especially acrylic paint, watercolor, color pencil, and pastels.
- Ability and willingness to work with children
- Open availability in the evenings (generally 3 pm to 730pm)
- Willing to work in person as part of a team
- Love for art, teaching, and children
- Strong time management
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Dependable
- Clean and Organized

Job Requirements:

Teach the fundamentals of drawing, color, and various media to students age 5+
- Create lesson plans based on the age and skill level of a group of students
- Keep the studio and supplies clean and orderly

This is a part-time position (More like a supplementary job) with starting hours of about 15 hours a week. Required hours are in late afternoon to evening so a full-time job can be kept as a primary job.
