We are looking for a highly organized Office Administrator with Personal Injury (PI) experience to support case management, coordinate medical-legal documentation, and oversee clinic operations.

Duties/ Key Responsibilities:

Manage clinic front-office operations & appointment scheduling
Communicate professionally with attorneys, adjusters & case managers
Track treatment progress, imaging, narrative reports, and case updates
Maintain lien balances, follow-ups, and treatment documentation
Handle patient intake, calls, referrals, and legal document request

Preferred skills:

Knowledge of orthopedic, pain management, or med-legal workflows
Familiar with EHR systems (Charm, Kareo, NextGen or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication for legal correspondence
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Medical-surgical: 2 years (Preferred)
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)
