We are a small, Armenian-owned candy business seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and quality control.
• Assist with occasional heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
• Must have a reliable car for commuting to the worksite and deliver packages to USPS.
• Comfortable with physical tasks when needed.
Compensation:
• Hourly pay. (Rate to be discussed)
• No cash payments; check only.
