We are a tech company working with restaurants and local retailers.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-friendly Office Assistant to join our team. No prior experience required — we will train the right person.

Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Assist customers with basic questions and issues
Contact technical support when needed
Handle general office tasks and daily operations
Data entry and basic administrative work
Requirements
Fluent Armenian (required)
Good English (required)
Russian is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Comfortable using a computer
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Friendly and professional communication
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Details
Start as Part-Time (flexible schedule between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Opportunity to move into Full-Time
$15–$16/hour (starting)
In-office position only (no remote work)
Training will be provided
