Job Description:

Full-Time | In-Person

We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and motivated Marketing Specialist to work closely with our internal team and outside marketing partners.

This position is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, can evaluate what is working and what is not, and is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table. We are looking for a team player who can help us improve lead generation, advertising performance, customer reviews, brand visibility, and overall marketing results.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with our marketing team, advertising agencies, and company management
Monitor and help improve Google Ads campaigns
Monitor Yelp advertising, leads, reviews, and overall performance
Develop strategies to generate more customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms
Help identify new lead sources and marketing opportunities
Track where leads are coming from and evaluate lead quality
Review advertising performance and identify areas that can be improved
Help monitor cost per lead, conversion rates, advertising spend, and overall campaign performance
Assist with Google Business Profile and local online presence
Research competitors and identify marketing strategies or opportunities we may be missing
Help evaluate different advertising platforms and determine which are producing the best results
Work with the sales and office teams to make sure leads are being properly tracked and followed up
Suggest new promotions, campaigns, advertising ideas, and ways to generate more business
Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across advertising platforms
Assist with social media, email marketing, SEO, and other marketing projects as needed
Prepare simple weekly or monthly marketing performance reports for management

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a strong general understanding of marketing and is comfortable working with numbers, advertising platforms, customers, and marketing vendors.

PBusiness Profile, lead generation, customer review strategies, digital advertising, CRM systems, or local service businesses is strongly preferred.

The right candidate should be analytical but also creative. You should be able to look at a campaign or marketing process, identify potential problems, and suggest practical ways to improve it.

You must be organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working closely with a team.

Fluent English is required. Armenian bilingual is a strong plus.

Experience marketing for home improvement, construction, fencing, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, or another local service business is a major plus.
