| Job Description: | Rite Aid Healthy Futures, a public charity affiliated with Rite Aid, one of the nation’s leading pharmacy retailers, improves the lives and futures of children and families in Rite Aid communities through partnerships that help build healthier, more equitable neighborhoods. The Grants and Operations Manager supports the administrative functions essential to the charity's grant making, operational, financial and fundraising activities. This position requires a blend of organizational stewardship, technological proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless operations. The teammate is responsible for managing the grant system (CyberGrants), administering disbursements, preparing Board materials, working closely with Rite Aid functions and external vendors, facilitating effective communication within the team, company and external partners, and maintaining accurate organizational records and state registrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the meaningful work of our charity while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit operations and grants administration.

Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
