Job Description:

Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
Maintain and repair conveyors, case packers, palletizers, pumps, motors, and bottling equipment.
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and equipment changeovers.
Work with pneumatic systems, air motors, cylinders, valves, and sensors.
Assist with installation and modification of production equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to management.
Follow all company safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or bottling environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with pneumatic systems is highly desirable.
Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
Must be able to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime when required.
