Responsibilities include:

Respond to buyer and seller inquiries via phone, email, and text
Build relationships with prospective buyers and vehicle owners
Follow up on leads generated through our website and marketing campaigns
Assist clients throughout the buying and consignment process
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each transaction
Stay knowledgeable about our inventory and current market trends
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to help close deals
