We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide quality care and support for up to six residents in a residential care setting. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, prepare nutritious meals, ensure their safety and well-being, and help maintain a comfortable, clean, and supportive home environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision for up to six residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals and snacks according to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist residents with feeding when necessary.
Administer or assist with medications as directed and document accordingly.
Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily exercises as needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing common areas and resident rooms.
Complete daily documentation and incident reports as required.
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
Accompany residents to appointments and activities when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and resident rights.
