Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and preferably be fluent in Spanish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to case management.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial
Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, interrogatories, and motions
Conduct legal research and organize and manage case files
Maintain and update case management systems and calendars
Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel
Translate legal documents and facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking clients
Coordinate depositions, hearings & trial prep
Handle other case-related responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury experience a plus) OR paralegal certification
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
Bilingual (English, Spanish, Armenian, Russian)
