Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our culinary team.
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality Mediterranean cuisine, maintaining a clean station, and ensuring efficient service during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Prepare authentic ingredients, including cutting and marinating meats (shawarma, kabobs), chopping fresh vegetables for different recipes, and knowledge in wood stone oven is a big plus.

Station Management: Execute orders on the line with speed and accuracy, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

Kitchen Safety: Maintain a sanitary workspace and adhere to all food safety and health department regulations.
Inventory: Assist in receiving deliveries, rotating stock (FIFO), and minimizing food waste

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of diverse cooking techniques (Barbeque grilling, frying, oven).
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and flavor profiles.
