Job Description:

- Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries.
- Manage case files, including gathering and organizing medical records, police reports, and other essential documents. - Assist attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations or litigation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case.
- Monitor case progress and meet key deadlines.
- Draft and send correspondence, including demand letters and settlement documents.

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience as a personal injury case manager is required.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process, including pre-litigation procedures.
- Great organizational and multitasking skills.
- Spanish speaker preferred (not required)
