Job Summary: Personal injury law firm seeks a Medical Coordinator to schedule appointments, communicate with clients/providers, and collect medical records/bills.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Schedule care, track treatment, gather records/billing, follow up with providers, update files, assist with medical documentation, meet deadlines, support clients.

Qualifications:
PI law firm experience preferred, medical records/billing experience, strong organization & communication, able to handle high volume, MS Office proficiency, bilingual a plus.
