Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our growing property management team. In this role, you’ll help prospective residents find their next home, conduct property tours, manage applications, and deliver exceptional service throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule tours
• Show available apartments and highlight community features
• Hold open houses (Weekdays & Saturday)
• Process applications and lease documents
• Maintain strong resident and prospect communication
• Support occupancy and leasing goals

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Computer and Mobile literate (MS Office, Windows) - A MUST, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Professional, positive attitude and strong follow-through
• Eagerness to learn
• Bilingual is a plus

Salary:

$22 to $25, plus Bonuses
