Lead Fence Installer Needed - Sylmar, CA

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience installing vinyl fencing, as this is a mandatory requirement. Experience with aluminum, chain link, wood, and composite fencing is highly preferred. Knowledge of manual and automatic gates is a plus.

Applicants should be able to read job layouts, solve installation challenges in the field, communicate effectively with the office, and represent the company professionally at customer job sites.

Company vans, tools, and equipment are provided. Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to our Sylmar shop each morning before heading to job sites.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional fence installation experience
Extensive experience installing vinyl fencing (required)
Experience with aluminum, chain link, wood, and composite fencing preferred
Ability to lead a crew and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Must be able to commute to Sylmar, CA
