Job Description:

Indoor Playground is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Full-Time Team Member to join our team at our Northridge location.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a fun, fast-paced, and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playground
• Set up and prepare for birthday parties and events
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Book parties over the phone and provide information about packages
• Provide excellent customer service to families and children
• Help ensure a safe and welcoming environment at all times

Job Requirements:

• Must speak English & Armenian
• Friendly, energetic, and great with kids
• Reliable and responsible
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Russian speaking is a plus
