| Job Description: | Experience and good communication skills are required. Must know EMR (Synergy or Kinnser Wellsky), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, etc. Working Hours: 10am-4pm; Working Week: MON through FRI. Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake process, documents, coordinating healthcare services provided by the clinicians of all disciplines, plotting and scheduling, as well as following up on clinicians’ visits, operating the EMR (Synergy Kinnser), maintaining patient charts, and handling communication with clinicians and patients. Intake coordinator is also responsible for maintaining updated HR files, as well as checking invoices from contractors. |
