We need a hands-on Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician who can troubleshoot Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud issues on-site while keeping clients happy in a fast-paced MSP environment.

We're looking for a Helpdesk Technician II to join our on-site team. You'll handle escalated Tier 2 support while flexing into Tier 1 during high-volume periods. You're technically sharp, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment.

What You'll Do:

Resolve escalated Tier 2 tickets for Windows/macOS endpoints, networking, and cloud/SaaS applications
Support Tier 1 during peak load — triage, prioritize, and resolve frontline issues
Manage and monitor endpoints via Datto RMM; document in IT Glue
Handle ticketing and SLA compliance through Autotask PSA
Support and troubleshoot client networks using Meraki Dashboard
Monitor infrastructure alerts via LogicMonitor
Manage access and assets through Auvik
Work within NetSuite for internal service workflows
Deliver professional, white-glove on-site client support
Support environments including 24/7 monitoring, patch management, ransomware detection, antivirus, endpoint backup, and VoIP

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
