Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced LVN with 1-year prior experience for a follow-opposition with a high flow of patients. You will be busy and do not need to work for multiple agencies. Must be able to speak proper English.
Job responsibilities include:
- Scheduling visits with patients promptly
- Reporting any changes in condition to the office DPCS immediately
- Following up with patients
- Performing wound care as ordered by the patient's physician
- Must be flexible in driving in or around the LA County and Ventura County area

Job Requirements:

- Must have a valid LVN license and be in good standing
- Must have a valid CPR License
- Must have a valid professional liability insurance
- Must be fluent in English

Salary:

$40 per diem
