As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our administrative team, and help ensure the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

- Previous office management experience in a home health agency strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Medicare regulations, home health compliance, and reimbursement processes.
- Experience with Data Soft Logic (DSL)
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

****Additional Requirements****

This position requires prior experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency. Due to the responsibilities of this role, candidates without relevant home health experience will not be considered.

Because this position involves daily communication with patients, physicians, referral sources, clinical staff, and regulatory agencies, professional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
