Job Description:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 years experience in the Home Health field.
Their job responsibilities include:
- Admission of new patients
- Scheduling visits with the patients
- Submitting OASIS's within 14 days of admission
- Discharge of patients
- Recertification of patients

Job Requirements:

- Must have 1 years experience in the Home Health Field
- Must have a valid California RN License active and in good standing
- Must have a valid CPR License
- Must have personal liability insurance
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Must be flexible to drive in the LA County and Ventura County area
-Ability to manage their own schedule and see the patients in a timely manner

Salary:

$120 per diem
