Our boutique dental studio in Tarzana is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional **Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator** to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, creating a welcoming first impression, and keeping the front office running smoothly. Our front desk team is often the first and last point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is warm, polished, reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.

**Responsibilities**

- Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and treatment-related paperwork
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect payments and discuss patient balances when needed
- Coordinate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and treatment coordinators
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, missed calls, treatment, and scheduling needs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
- Support the team with daily administrative and front office tasks
