Front Desk Worker/Operations Needed - Hollywood, CA

We are a boutique cleaning agency in Hollywood looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping a business organized and welcoming, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude
* Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
* Tag, inspect, package, and prepare garments for pickup
* Help keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
* Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
* Support daily store operations and ensure every customer has a positive experience

Qualifications:
* Fluent English is required
* Friendly, dependable, and trustworthy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
* Flexible availability when needed
* Previous customer service or dry cleaning experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person
