Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, multi-lingual Front Desk / Order Operations Representative to join our team in Pacoima. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, process sales orders, answer phone calls, and greet walk-in customers

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate product information.

Input customer orders directly into our order management system with speed and precision.

Generate and print detailed pick lists for the warehouse fulfillment team.

Maintain clear communication between customers, sales representatives, and warehouse staff.

Manage front desk visitor check-ins and handle general administrative tasks.
